Biotane Pumping has the unique ability to fabricate its own containers for the storage of waste cooking oil. Each container we supply is hand built, using high grade steel to ensure the durability of your containment. Each design has security features built it, and options such as a mesh, metal screen to keep solids free from the oil. We offer different sizes to fit the needs of your restaurant. If needed, Biotane Pumping can build you a custom sized/shaped container to suit your custom storage needs.
Each container is provided FREE for the term of service, with a signed service agreement from the restaurant. Below is a list of available containers and their descriptions.
55 Gallon Container: This containment option includes a 14 gauge custom fabricated lid for security. Lid features duel lid openings; one for restaurant staff, and the other for the grease collection service provider. The lock box on the front of the containment secures the secondary lid from being accessed by anyone other than the service provider. A six inch deep pan bottomed by expanded metal on the primary lid reduces the amount of spillage by restaurant employees when transferring grease into the containment as well as keeps any unnecessary solids out of the containment that may clog lines during service. The bottom of the barrel features two bolt down tabs that will secure your container to the ground preventing unwanted removal or theft.
120 Gallon Container: This containment option includes a 14 gauge custom fabrication throughout. Lid features duel lid openings; one for restaurant staff, and the other for the grease collection service provider. The lock box on the front of the containment secures the secondary lid from being accessed by anyone other than the service provider. The secondary lid features three inch slanted sides bottomed by a 2 X 2 expanded metal. This prevents spillage by restaurant staff and keeps solids out of the container. Four bolt down tabs are located at the bottom of the containment that will secure your container to the ground preventing unwanted removal or theft. Wheels can be an alternative option for this containment.
150 Gallon Container: This containment option includes a 14 gauge custom fabrication throughout. The containment has to back to back lids. The larger of the two lids is used for service provider? collection only and features an opening with lock box to secure the container from theft. The second lid is for restaurant staff? use and features an opening bottomed by expanded metal to keep out unwanted solids from the inside of the container. The 150 gallon container is designed to fit into smaller spaces with a two foot spanning width, but still allow for large storage capacity (ideal for areas next to trash bins). Four bolt down tabs are located at the bottom of the containment that will secure your container to the ground preventing unwanted removal or theft. Wheels can be an alternative option for this containment.
250 Gallon Container: This containment option includes a 14 gauge custom fabrication throughout. The containment has to back to back lids. The larger of the two lids is used for service provider’s collection only and features a 27” X 32” opening with lock box to secure the container from theft. The second lid is for restaurant staff use and features 27” X 18” opening bottomed by expanded metal to keep out unwanted solids from the inside of the container. Four bolt down tabs are located at the bottom of the containment that will secure your container to the ground preventing unwanted removal or theft. Wheels can be an alternative option for this containment.
